Great beds and comfortable sleep. Great breakfast served nearby. Perfect location by the center of town, yet calm and peaceful. Good kitchen facilities for cooking

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic time exploring the local area during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the town center, making it easy for us to visit shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with decent beds and a well-functioning shower. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area next to the stream, where we could relax and enjoy the lovely surroundings.

We did find that the wifi connection in our room was a bit weak at times.

What a find! This place is a hidden gem nestled by a stunning old hydroelectric plant. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the best shower I've had in Norway. The breakfast served at the nearby hotel is absolutely brilliant. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the town square, yet tranquil with a beautiful view of mountains and a flowing stream. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. It's a no-frills guest house, but the overall experience is mind-blowing!

I stumbled upon this guest house by chance and booked a room last minute. It turned out to be a great starting point for exploring the area. The beds were really comfortable, and the shower was the best I had in Norway. The guest house is located in a peaceful spot, offering a lovely view of nature and the calming sound of the nearby river. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing for convenient cooking. The internet speed was excellent, providing a smooth online experience during my stay.

    Can recommend this hotel.

I recently stumbled upon this hidden gem in Norway and stayed at a cozy guest house with comfy beds, a refreshing shower, and spacious rooms. The location is perfect, tucked away by a beautiful old hydroelectric plant and offering outdoor seating near a peaceful stream. Plus, it's just a short walk to the lively town square.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a bit more variety to make it even better.

The rooms at Rjukan Guesthouse are cozy and comfortable, with a seating area that makes you feel right at home. The simple decor adds a touch of charm, and the refrigerator is handy for storing snacks and drinks. I loved having a private bathroom with a shower, it felt like my own little oasis.

Personally, I would have preferred a bigger selection of amenities in the room. But hey, that's just me!

A Pleasant Surprise: I couldn't believe my luck when I found out that the guesthouse had a billiards room! It was like stumbling upon a hidden treasure. I had a blast challenging my friends to a game or two, and it made our stay so much more enjoyable.

I got great value for my money at Rjukan Gjestehus! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good bed and a nice shower. The location was perfect, right by the town center but still peaceful by the river. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast choices could be more varied.

Okay, I have to give credit where it's due. The location of this place is pretty convenient, close to the town center and within reach of Gaustatoppen. The staff is also nice and accommodating, so that's a plus. Oh, and I guess the internet actually works, which is surprising considering everything else that's wrong with this place. But honestly, that's about all the positive things I can say. Don't let these few good points fool you - this hotel is a real disaster.

Where do I even start? This place is a disaster.
